5 Goals For Your Small Business In 2023
Take the overwhelm out of socials
If you're still posting content in real time, now is the time to stop. Plan, create and schedule your content at least a week in advance. This will ensure you're not overwhelmed every day trying to think of what to post.

Post consistently
Find the number of times that you can consistently post on social media, and stick to that. If you can only post once a week that is completely fine, just be consistent.
My favourite schedule to start on when you're feeling in a rut is one photo and one video post a week.
Hot tip: You can schedule your content in advance for free through Meta Business Suite.
Build your email list
Your email list is the only way you can get in contact with your community directly and immediately. If the worst happens and someone hacks your social media accounts or website, your email list will be your life saving safety net.
Update your website
You should be updating your website regularly throughout the year, but it also needs a major refresh every 2-3 years. Remember, Google likes a website that is new and detailed, and your customers are always searching for something new.
Try Google ads
Google ads are one of the most powerful ways to get cold audiences (people who have never heard of you before) to your website. This is the perfect way to reach a new audience.
Hot tip: Google ads can be pretty complicated and it's one of the best things to invest in outsourcing to an expert.
